Not joking — unpacked it, turned around, and she was already curled up. Wasn’t sure about ordering online but the bed feels heavy and well made. Shipping took a few days longer than Amazon but worth it.

I had a dumb question about sizing and messaged late Sunday. Got a helpful answer Monday before lunch — totally fine, just saying it wasn’t instant. Product itself is exactly what I hoped.

We’ve had bowls that stank even after washing. These don’t. Puppy chews everything; so far nothing’s cracked. My partner usually rolls his eyes at my pet shopping — he actually said “yeah this is nice.”

One toy was a miss for us — cat ignored it completely. I emailed kind of expecting a fight. They just said send it back, got my money within a few days. I still shop here because of that.

Two cats, both climbers. Previous post lasted three weeks. This one’s wobbly sometimes when they both jump on it but nothing’s broken — I’ll take wobbly over “snapped in half” any day.

Carrier dinged the corner of the box but inside was fine. I like that I could follow the parcel without digging through spam. Would order again — maybe 5 stars if the outer box had been prettier but that’s petty.
